SECTION 1 - GENERAL  CONDITIONS - ONLINE SHOP 

 

By Agreeing to these  Terms & Conditions  you agree that you are at a legal age to browse and purchase  products and service JupiterV brand offers 

 

We hold the right to refuse services to anyone for any reason at any time 

 

You understand that your content  may be transferred unencrypted and involve transmissions over various network parties .*This does not include your card information* . 

 

Card information is always encrypted during transfer over networking parties.

 

SECTION 2 - DELIVERY DATE

 

As we are a new brand we only offer a standard delivery via Royal Mail . 

If you wish a faster delivery than a standard delivery than we offer please email us at info@jupiterv.co.uk and we can do our best to assist you .

 

If you wish for faster delivery then you must pay for the extra fees.

 

Please note that we do not offer international deliveries .

 

SECTION 3 - PRICES,BILLING AND CHANGES OF SERVICES

The prices listed on the website may change without notice .

 

We may change or discontinue any services without any notice .

 

We will not be liable to you to any third-part for any changes of the services we provide .

Part 2 BILLING

 

We have the right to refuse any orders you place with us . We may cancel  orders . if not the appropriate information is given for the process of billing. This includes using the same details but different cards .

 

You are responsible to update the information you have provided so billing can take place.

 

SECTION 3 - DAMAGES/FAULTY GOODS AND RETURNS

 

If you receive a faulty or damaged product you must inform us within 30 days of receiving the order. Once we have been informed depending on the situation we may offer a resolution to the issue at no extra cost .

 

After the said date of issue we reserve the right to refuse, complaints or Levey suitable charges for the issue raised . 

 

We may ask for photographic evidence of the damaged items and packaging *this includes the postal packaging* .

 

Single Trading cards that we put on our site are a mixture of brand new and second hand (used ), We tested for authenticity of the used cards . In a rare  circumstance  you tested and later found out  that the card is not authentic .

 

The customer must email us at info@jupiterv.co.uk with evidence stating that the card is not genuine .

 

ORDER CANCELED 

 

If you wish to return your order the packaging MUST be unopened and unused in the original wrapping *this does not include single trading cards* 

 

Single Trading cards must be in the original packing with no damage to the card . 

 

You are responsible for postage cost and ensure that the product reaches us in the same condition received

 

You may return the item as unwanted for up to 30 days from the date you have received it .

 

Returns

 

It's unlikely that your item arrives damaged or we made a mistake on your order or that your item has suffered a manufacturing fault or no longer wants  the product  . If so Please email us at info@jupiterv.co.uk or use our contacts page .
